GF 277 MetroGrafix™ is a 4.0 mil matte white opaque vinyl with a high-tack, removable solvent adhesive designed for short to medium term Transit Bus Wraps. GF 277 is a polymeric conformable vinyl that can be used for simple or compound curved surfaces. This film accepts a variety of solvent, latex, UV curable and UV solvent screen inks common to wide format digital printing systems and is backed with a 90# layflat logo liner for ease of identification by printers and installers. MetroGrafix™ offers excellent opacity and can be used on top of exisiting bus graphics. GF 277 can also be used in short to long-term wall applications. Approved by OUTFRONT Media for Train Wraps.

MetroGrafix™ is currently approved by OUTFRONT Media for Train Wraps.

Can I use MetroGrafix™ on other substrates?

GF 277 MetroGrafix™ uses a unique adhesive system that provides excellent adhesion and clean removability from multiple surfaces like glass, acrylic, stainless steel, and smooth painted drywall.

Can you put MetroGrafix™ over the top of existing graphics?

Yes. GF 277 is opaque and can be layered on top of existing graphics (as long as the base graphics have been on no longer than 6 months).

Should MetroGrafix™ be laminated?

Although it is not necessary to laminate MetroGraphix™, it will depend upon what type of abrasion and or cleaning detergents the graphics will encounter. GF 100 series overlaminates can be used in those cases.
