A 3.4 mil matte white calendered vinyl film coated with high-tack permanent solvent acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive on a 90# layflat liner. This vinyl film is designed to accept a variety of UV curable and solvent-based screen inks. Additionally this film may also offer adhesion to UV flexographic, UV offset, letterpress inks, and some thermal ribbon inks but must be tested prior to use. The 90# layflat liner offers good dimensional stability over a range of environmental conditions resulting in excellent sheet printing. This product is designed for permanent decals and nameplates requiring adhesion to a variety of substrates ranging from high surface energy surfaces such as clean metal, painted metal, glass, styrene, polyester and polycarbonate to low surface energy plastics such as polypropylene and polyethylene. May also be applicable to certain powder coated metal finishes.
