GF 238 MotoMark® “ARMOR” 12.0 mil is a flexible gloss clear laminate that offers UV protection and is designed for use as a protective overlaminating film when used in combination with GF 235 MotoMark® “GRIP” vinyl. MotoMark® is recommended for a variety of applications including Quads, Snowmobiles, Motocross, Powersport Vehicles, Helmets and Carts. The adhesive system is formulated to adhere to most common solvent, eco-solvent, latex, thermal, UV, offset and screen inks.

GF 240 is a premium 2.4 mil calendered matte UV clear laminate with a clear permanent acrylic adhesive on a 53# PE coated kraft liner. This laminate offers protection from ultra violet radiation, moisture and other environmental exposures. It can be laminated by using a cold laminating process without the addition of heat and is intended to be paired with GF 230 AutoMark™ vinyl for wrap applications. GF 240 AutoMark™ Premium 2.4 mil calendered matte laminate is specifically engineered for use in most vehicle wrap and decal applications.

GF 242 optically clear cast overlaminating film is a pressure sensitive vinyl with an optically clear, permanent, solvent based adhesive and polyester liner. This highly flexible gloss laminate provides protection against ultraviolet radiation, moisture, and abrasions. GF 242 is designed specifically for perforated window films like GF 280 and is recommended for use with GF 232, GF 260, GF 261, and GF 270. Cold lamination is recommended for this film.

GF 246 is a premium 2.4 mil polymeric gloss white vinyl film coated with a permanent, repositionable grey solvent acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive laminated to a 90# layfat liner. GF 246 can be printed on a variety of solvent-based, latex, UV and thermal printers that are commonly used in wide format systems designed to produce high quality, long term graphics. This product may also be printed on using other printing processes such as UV screen and UV curable offset but must be tested before production. Use in applications where a high quality white marking film requiring flexibility, durability and resistance to sunlight is specified such as Fleet decals and graphics.

GF 247 Print-n-Lam™ is a 3.0 mil gloss clear UV polymeric vinyl with clear permanent adhesive on a 90# layflat liner. GF 247 is designed to accept a variety of solvent, latex and UV curable inks common to wide format digital printing systems. It is specifically engineered for use in general signage, windows, and decal applications. GF 247 is ideal for printing or flat laminating.

GF 248 Print-n-Lam™ is a 3.0 mil matte clear UV polymeric vinyl with clear permanent adhesive on a 90# layflat liner. GF 248 is designed to accept a variety of solvent, latex and UV curable inks common to wide format digital printing systems. It is specifically engineered for use in general signage, windows, and decal applications. GF 248 is ideal for printing or flat laminating.

GF 255 OptiMark™ is a 3.0 mil optically clear high gloss flexible calendared PVC film coated with a clear solvent and removable pressure sensitive adhesive laminated to a 2.0 mil traction backed polyester liner. This film is designed to accept a variety of solvent-based, UV curable and latex inks common to wide format digital printing systems. The adhesive system provides clean removal from glass for up to one year under normal exposure conditions. The 2.0 mil polyester liner has a traction coating to aide in processing on common digital printers.

GF 260 is a 6.0 mil perforated high performance vinyl film with a white print side and black see-through side coated with a low-tack repositionable and removable pressure sensitive, clear solvent acrylic adhesive designed for one way, view-through exterior/outside mounted window graphics. The vinyl will accept a variety of wide format digital printing inks including solvent, eco-solvent, UV and Latex. The dual layflat liner construction, perforated/solid liner, offers good dimensional stability in a variety of ambient conditions and is cross compatible with wide-format digital inkjet printer platforms including UV. The adhesive is designed to cleanly remove from glass with little to no adhesive residue.

GF 261* is a 6.0 mil perforated high performance clear vinyl film coated with a low-tack repositionable and removable pressure sensitive, clear solvent acrylic adhesive designed for one way, view-through exterior/outside mounted window graphics. The vinyl will accept a variety of wide format digital printing inks including solvent, eco-solvent, UV and Latex. The dual layflat and perforated/solid liner construction offers good dimensional stability in a variety of ambient conditions and is cross compatible with wide-format digital inkjet printer platforms including UV. The adhesive is designed to cleanly remove from glass with little to no adhesive residue. *Interior mount product.

GF 262HTR is a 6.0 mil matte white semi-rigid vinyl film embossed with a sand texture. GF 262HTR has a unique and innovative pressure sensitive adhesive that is specially formulated to be both high-tack and removable (HTR). The combination of vinyl and adhesive is designed to stick aggressively to most surfaces, but is specially formulated to remove cleanly for up to a year. It’s also forgiving in the event you touch the adhesive to itself—it will separate cleanly and the adhesive stays anchored to the vinyl. The 90# tight release liner provides excellent stability for processing using solvent, latex and UV curable digital inks common to wide format digital printing systems.

GF 270 is a 6.0 mil perforated high performance vinyl film with a white print side and black see-through side coated with a low-tack repositionable and removable pressure sensitive, clear solvent acrylic adhesive designed for one way, view-through exterior/outside mounted window graphics. The vinyl will accept a variety of wide format digital printing inks including solvent, eco-solvent, UV and Latex. GF 275 SubMark™ is a 3.5 mil flexible polymeric matte white opaque vinyl film coated with a high-tack permanent acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive designed for wall-cut subway poster applications. This vinyl film is a high-quality opaque matte white with excellent outdoor durability. The film provides integrity against removal, helping to prevent vandal’s from removing from the subway. The high-tack adhesive is designed to bond to a variety of substrates such as metals, painted metals, smooth finish powder coated metals, low surface energy plastics, rough textured surfaces, wood, ceramic tile, wall-cut outs, concrete and fiber board frames. This film is backed with a two-sided poly coated 90# layflat release liner with the SubMark™ logo for ease of identification by printers and installers. Approved and specified by OUTFRONT Media for New York subway posters. It is important that printers refer to the OUTFRONT Media Approved Substrate Table and follow the specifications for subway posters.

Its thick HTR adhesive is designed to aggressively grip onto textured substrates such as brick or block, yet cleanly remove without leaving adhesive residue on the contact surface. The 90# liner provides excellent dimensional stability for digital printing. GF 285 accepts a variety of solvent-based, eco-solvent, latex and *UV curable inks common to wide format digital printing systems. *For UV Curable inks, please consult with the ink manufacturer for specifics on ink flexibility.
