This film is designed to accept a variety of UV curable and solvent-based screen inks. May also be used with flexographic, offset and letterpress inks but must be tested prior to use. This product is designed as a low cost opaque overlaminating film for two-way decals. Film is especially suited for use with clear low tack vinyl or static cling vinyl window decals. Suggested use: (1) Print face down on a clear film, (2) Laminate barrier film over print, (3) Print face up image on top of barrier film.

An 8.0 mil matte white rigid vinyl with a removable adhesive backed by a 90# layflat liner. RV8-NTC-AR/90 offers high dyne levels, 99% opacity, outstanding layflat performance, and enhanced tear strength. Solvent screen, UV screen, and UV offset inks bond well to this product, however printability and adhesion with your specific ink must be tested and approved prior to production. RV8-NTC-AR/90 is not a total blockout product. Available in sheets or rolls from 54-inch master widths.

An 8.0 mil matte white rigid vinyl print media developed specifically for two-sided window decal applications. RV8-Opaque offers high dyne levels, 99% opacity, outstanding layflat performance, and enhanced tear strength. RV8 works best when used with GF 113, 114, and 116 mounting adhesives to produce two-sided window decals. Solvent screen, UV screen, and UV offset inks bond well to this product, however printability and adhesion with your specific ink must be tested and approved prior to production. RV8-Opaque is not a total blockout product. Available in sheets or rolls from 54-inch master widths.

A 3.0 mil matte white synthetic paper film coated with a permanent acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive on a 90# layflat liner. The SP3 film is a waterproof alternative to paper print stock. The clear permanent adhesive is designed for use on most clean smooth surfaces. The 90# liner offers excellent dimensional stability for sheet printing. SP3-NTC-AP/90 is compatible with most screen, offset, flexographic, and UV-curable inks. Standard inks with high solvent content may yield diminished print quality. Must be tested for your specific application.
